Green tea accounts for approximately 70% of China’s total tea yield
within the international green tea market. China’s contribution is
70% or greater. At present, tea plantations can be found in
20 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities including
Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan Chongqing, Hainan and Taiwan.

These teas can be pan or basket-fired, leaving behind faint notes
of lemon and vanilla with a lingering presence of smoke.
